No, this isn’t about LEGO Beatles which would be cool, instead these are new LEGO creations that you not only can pay to look at but you can also take home and use for you’re very own purposes. You have a choice of either an Mp3 player, a digital camera, or your very own giant blue LEGO piece boombox.

The Mp3 player sadly is only 2Gb just enough to hold about 1000 songs (yeah most likely audio recorded at a 96 kbit/s) with a rechargeable built in battery which gives the player about 8 hrs worth of playing time, and a colored screen of undefined size. MSRP $39.99 US

The digital camera will be sporting a 3 Mega pixel chip, a very small 1.4” LCD screen, a pitiful 4x digital zoom and requires 2xAA batteries which reluctantly are not included. MSRP $49.99 US

And last the LEGO boom box, this little player plays all your favorite CD, CDR, CDRW and included with no extra cost a AM/FM Radio. It out puts 2x 1W 2 Channel Speakers for when you need to seriously rock out (if you can’t tell I’m being sarcastic) and requires either an AC Power Cord (included) or 6 C Batteries (not included). MSRP $39.99

Sadly the Mp3 player and boom box won’t be ready till the summer, so you can’t get them right away but will be ready for that pool party that you plan to have. The digital camera won’t be out till the fall, which works great as a Christmas gift for that person who you thought has everything, and you damn well know they won’t have this. But for me I’ll stick to my traditional LEGO thank you very much. There’s nothing like having an all out sea battle with LEGO, then having the survivors stuck on a LEGO island surrounded by LEGO natives that want to shrink their little LEGO heads to even smaller sizes and boil off their LEGO skin to eat them.
