Well here we go,  first off, I’d like to point out that every one out there in the world is busy and there aren’t enough hours in the day to do all the things you want to do.   Inevitability things you like to do fall be the way side and by the time you get to what ever it is you wanted to do it’s probably old news.  Now, I’m probably going to have some schmuck  read this and say “you only read this now, fuck man you suck”, well all I have to say is “FUCK YOU”,  it’s my post,  my story,  and it’s god damned new to me asshole. Now, with  that out of the way lets talk about the comic book The Walking Dead,  for those of you out there in the world who missed this one or just haven’t gotten around to reading this one yet, I say to you pick this up right now! This comic is great.

This image comic started back in 2003 and I can’t believe I missed it. This is a zombie comic and  a great zombie comic at that.   While the zombies in this book are important,  it seems (to me at least) that this book is more about how people get along in the world after zombies show up, how they treat each other, what laws they should listen to or ignore, and what they are willing to do to survive. The Walking dead is done in black and white, and while that might turn off some reader I think that makes it better,  I think color might cheapen the whole thing. So far it’s up to issue #59 but you can get the first 48 issues in the hardcover volumes 1-4. The books focus on a small group of survivors for the most part, but the central character Rick is the main star.  It’s really all about the shit he goes through all in the name to protect those he loves is great he keeps going when most of us would have given up and been zombie chow after the first week.

Wither you like zombies or not you should read this comic, you won’t be disappointed this I can assure you. And remember when some asshole tells you that something’s not new or gives you shit on being behind on shit like this just give them the finger and tell them loud IT’S FUCKING NEW TO ME DAMNIT!
