kratos soulcalibur Kratos Will be Playable in Soul Calibur:Broken Destiny If you hadn’t heard, or missed it in the video montage from Sony’s press conference yesterday, Kratos will be a playable character when the Soul Calibur franchise hits the PSP later this summer. Now he’s no Link, but the surly Spartan has got me chomping at the bit to get this on my PSP. This is purely speculation on my part but I’m guessing that in addition to the bad assed sword he got at the end of the second game, Namco Bandai will throw in his signature twin blades as well a la Spawn from Soul Calibur 3. The PSP (and the DS) always seems to do well in the summer while the home consoles suffer new game drought and I’m certain Soul Calibur:Broken Destiny will be one of the can’t miss games of this summer.

Now if only they would give us Chuck Norris with a 2×4 as the special PSP Go! exclusive content and Professor Layton on the DS version life would be great.
