Amongst news of the delayed release dates of several Marvel Studios movies is news of the addition of two new cast members to Iron Man 2. Following the recent successes for his lead role performance in The Wrestler, Mickey Rourke will play the villain Whiplash. Meanwhile, Scarlett Johansson will portray the Russian spy Black Widow, despite the misgivings of those following the production of Iron Man 2 closely. It’s interesting that the cast of Iron Man 2 now includes two more of Hollywood’s elite, despite the recent struggles with the casting of other Marvel Studios productions.
