In celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Sega Genesis, players can choose from classic titles Golden Axe II, Shining Force, Revenge of Shinobi, Streets of Rage, Toejam and Earl, and Wonderboy, with Earthworm Jim absent from the current poll. From the current choices, Toejam and Earl is currently in the lead at 38 percent, with Streets of Rage trailing at 19 percent. Revenge of Shinobi rounds out the top 3 at 12 percent, and is the only Shinobi title missing from this year’s Ultimate Genesis Collection. This fact alone downgrades the Ultimate Genesis Collection to less hyperbolic Awesome Genesis Collection. Voting continues until August 21st and there’s one vote a day, so boost your favorite titles, as long as it’s Revenge of Shinobi.
