I realize this is a little old by internets standard time, but I just checked out Bioware’s Star Wars: The Old Republic GamesCom 2009 presentation. It definitely left a positive impression on me but it also left me with a ton of questions: can all classes take cover, or only some? What steps are being taken to balance the classes? And most importantly: is there a metal bikini costume for female characters?

If you’re a Star Wars fan interested in the MMO experience or if you’re a gamer who enjoys MMO’s but is a little burned out on the same old thing, the four part video series (courtesy of IGN.COM) is worth your time. I made a promise to myself a while back to not jump on board with another MMO but Star Wars: The Old Republic is shaping up to be the forbidden fruit that pulls me back in.
