strong bad 300x168 Telltale Games Turns 5 and Gives Away Games for CheapFrom the blog of Telltale Games:

Five years ago today this week around this time, Telltale’s fearless co-founders Kevin Bruner and Dan Connors set up shop with a dream of creating a brand new type of game. They dreamed of games that focus on story and characters, instead of shooting and fighting. Games that come out once a month instead of once every four years. Games that keep you hungry for more, yet don’t make you wait *too* long to find out what happens next. You know… Telltale Games.

After announcing that to-date, the company has sold over one million episodes, Telltale games want to thank their loyal gamers by sending out coupons to their newsletter subscribers which allows customers to buy games for as little as $5.

But wait! There’s more! They want you to share your coupon code with as many people as possible. They encourage you to send it to friends, family and forums alike and for everytime someone uses your coupon code to purchase an episode or two, you get a $1 store credit! Use the coupon as much as possible, so long as it’s before June 17th, 2009.

And here I thought Strong Bad couldn’t get more awesome.
